The much-awaited 2020 Emmy Awards is happening today, but with the current pandemic situation, the ceremony will take place virtually. It’s sad to say that we won’t be seeing some of our most-loved celebrities like Jennifer Aniston walking on the red carpet. Nevertheless, tonight marks Jennifer’s seventh Emmy nomination, and we took a trip down memory lane by compiling photos from her previous six appearances at the event.
Jennifer’s first Emmys event was in 1995, where Friends received its initial nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series. She then attended the red carpet event again in 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2004, accompanied by her boyfriend and later husband Brad Pitt. The only other time she made an appearance was in 2003, accompanied by a friend.
It’s worth noting that Jennifer won the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series award in 2002, adding another feather to her cap. Though we won’t be able to witness these famous faces in person this year, we can still reminisce about their past Emmys appearances and appreciate their stunning fashion choices.
