A friendly dog named Mr. Snufflufugus was recently found abandoned and scared on the outskirts of Copperas Cove, Texas. He was running around, hoping to find someone who could help him. Eventually, local animal control personnel found him and brought him back to Copperas Cove Animal Control. Mr. Snufflufugus was so grateful to be safe that he cuddled with his new friend, animal control supervisor Tamara Hall. While they were in the play area, another staff member, Victoria Watkins-Killebrew, captured the sweet moment in a picture.
According to Hall, Mr. Snufflufugus enjoys visits from everyone, but she is his favorite person. As his favorite, she gets extra-special hugs and kisses from him.

Tamara Hall shared that Mr. Snufflufugus loves to hang out with his friends and take brief strolls around the community. However, he is primarily a lazy dog who prefers to spend his time lounging around at home. She also noted that he relishes his short jaunts but ultimately remains a couch potato.
Following the viral photo of Hall embracing Mr. Snufflufugus on social media, there has been an overwhelming response from individuals wishing to adopt the lovable pup. However, Copperas Cove Animal Control is a small shelter and is unable to process such a high volume of applications. Consequently, the staff is currently in the process of transferring Mr. Snufflufugus to a larger rescue organization that can help find him the perfect match. While awaiting his new home, the friendly pup is spending time with his beloved friends at Copperas Cove and receiving guidance from their devoted volunteers. Mr. Snufflufugus is eagerly searching for his forever family and will undoubtedly greet them with open arms and plenty of hugs when they finally cross paths.
