Today marks the 51st birthday of the lovely Jennifer Aniston. To celebrate this special occasion, let’s take a look at her sizzling photo shoot for Interview magazine. In the cover story, Sandra Bullock interviewed our beloved A-list actress and we can’t wait to share what she had to say!
When it comes to women supporting women, though this may seem like a new conversation, I believe it’s something that we’ve been doing for a while now. I distinctly remember when I arrived in Los Angeles at the age of 20 and stumbled upon a group of girls who I’m still friends with today. They were on a different path than me, and I had never before been surrounded by a circle of women who would gather together and talk for hours on end. At the time, I thought to myself, “These California people don’t know when to stop talking. They’re always discussing their emotions and crying in front of each other.” Being from New York City, it felt like I had landed on an entirely different planet when I found myself in Laurel Canyon, wearing a flowery dress, with a crystal around my neck and someone burning sage around my head. But honestly, I think it was something that saved me. The entertainment industry can be tough, unkind, exclusive, and unsupportive at times. I remember going to auditions where girls wouldn’t want to share anything or would even try to distract me during my audition when they knew I was trying to focus and work on my craft.
