Aniston was presented with the Movie Performance Of The Year award for her role in Cake. The audience erupted into a standing ovation as she made her way to the stage.
Overcome with emotion, she exclaimed, ‘I can’t believe this is happening. Is this real life?’ Aniston went on to express her gratitude, stating, ‘I now truly understand the meaning of a labor of love. Cake was exactly that.’
She couldn’t believe her good fortune! “I’m so thrilled. Is this really happening?” she exclaimed, feeling truly overwhelmed.

In the film, she plays the character of Claire Simmons, a sharp-tongued woman struggling with chronic pain who becomes fixated on the husband of her late support group member.
Exciting news for Jennifer! She received a nomination for the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Actress earlier this week, and just last week, she was also nominated for a Golden Globe Award in the Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama category. It looks like things are really looking up for her career!

Despite the film receiving a variety of reviews, Jennifer’s performance has been universally praised, with some critics even suggesting it deserves an Oscar nod. “Cake” made its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival in September and is set to hit theaters on January 23 in the US and February 20 in the UK.
