Dua Lipa Stuns in Thigh-High Boots Straight from the Burberry Runway

Following the release of her TikTok music video for “Levitating,” Dua Lipa made an appearance on Good Morning America to reveal the nominees for the upcoming American Music Awards. While announcing the first two categories, New Artist of the Year and Collaboration of the Year, the host surprised Dua by informing her that she had been nominated in the categories of Favourite Artist Pop or Rock and Favourite Song Pop or Rock for her hit single “Don’t Start Now.” Dua expressed her gratitude and credited her fans as the main reason she is able to pursue her passion.

As expected, the individual with a great interest in fashion selected an outfit suitable for the event. They went with a vibrant lace Burberry dress and stylish thigh-high boots that were recently showcased in the brand’s spring/summer 2021 collection.

When Morgan Fernandez strutted through the country clearing where Riccardo Tisci’s Burberry show was filmed, she debuted a vibrant outfit that screamed Dua Lipa’s name. However, Dua decided to forgo the bumblebee knit and peaked fisherman’s hat that were originally styled with the look. To accessorize, she opted for three colorful tendril rings by popular jewelry designer Bea Bongiasca, who has quickly become one of Dua’s favorites. Additionally, she added a dazzling pavé baguette rock from Shay Jewellery, completing her ensemble.

The AMAs have nominated the singer for multiple awards and she is also scheduled to perform during the ceremony at the Microsoft Center in LA on 22 November. During an interview with GMA, Dua teased her fans that she has some exciting news to reveal soon, in addition to the success of her album, Future Nostalgia, which has garnered 4.5 billion streams so far. She hinted at another announcement on Wednesday, urging fans to stay tuned. While she remained tight-lipped about her AMAs performance, fans can expect impressive stage looks from the singer.
