Despite being surrounded by dirt and grime, there was a beautiful aura emanating from him. Even though he faced mistreatment and suffering, he remained a kind-hearted soul.
The folks at Hope For Paws got word about a dog named Duncan who was found by a kind-hearted person in a junkyard. The poor pooch, a senior Pit Bull, was blind and appeared to have been mistreated for most of his life. The Good Samaritan was worried that the owner might call animal control, so the Hope For Paws team rushed to the scene to rescue the dog. They were saddened by the sight of the neglected animal, but they managed to coax him out of the junkyard. After giving him a much-needed bath and some medical attention, Duncan began to show signs of improvement. He’s now living with a foster family who love him dearly, even though he sometimes gets confused and snuggles up in the laundry hamper instead of his bed.
